Sweet & kickin' and packed with fresh ripe fruit, bold tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices and two of our best known sauces... Cajun Power Lightning Strike Hot Sauce and Uncle Easy's Chipotle Sauce. They're great as a traditional salsa eaten with chips, or you can use them as a glaze to top fish, chicken, and meats. Ooh ... did we mention that they're great on eggs!
